2008 ஆம் ஆண்டு மலர்ச்செல்வன் அவர்களால் தன் தாத்தா ஆரகளூர் மருதமுத்து(1895-1960) நினைவாக தொடங்கப்பட்டது இந்த அறக்கட்டளை. சமூகத்தின் பின்தங்கிய மாணவர்களின் உயர்வுக்கு உதவுதை நோக்கமாக கொண்டது.  

• பெரம்பலூர் மாவட்டம் சு.ஆடுதுறை கிராமத்தில் ‘அறிவகம்’ என்ற நூலகத்தை ஏற்படுத்தி 2009ஆம் ஆண்டு முதல், கிராமத்தினர் குறிப்பாக மாணவர்களும், இளைஞர்களும் இதை பயன்பெற்று வருகின்றனர்.

• அரசுப் பள்ளிகளில் திறமையுடன் படிக்கும் மாணவர்களுக்கு கல்வி உதவித் தொகை வழங்கி வருகின்றோம்.

This foundation was started in 2008 by Malar Selvan in memory of his paternal grandfather Aragalur Maruthamuthu (1895-1960). The mission of this trust is to inspire and support students from disadvantaged background gain access to education and opportunities.  

• Dedicated a library in S.Aduthurai with books and computer facilities , in the year 2009.

• Providing educational support and assistance for Government school students in the area.
